- To start preparing your annual review, click on "My reviews" to access your form.
- In "My goals", you can move the progress bar for a goal and propose a new goal for the current year.
- Enter your level for the expected skills for your current job.

Prepare reviews
- In the left-hand side menu, click on "Reviews - Under my responsibility" to prepare reviews for the employees you supervise. You can prepare more than one review at once.
- Use the "Peer feedback" tab to get 360° feedback from colleagues to help assess your employee.

Create a campaign
- Discover the "Campaigns" tab and get started by creating a new one. Follow the campaign configuration steps: Type, period, due date, population concerned and create a form to match your review grid. Once the campaigns have been launched, you can analyze the responses.
- Throw out your post-it notes, you can now access the recommendations wizard in the left-hand menu to get help with planning the right reviews at the right time.
